  • Operational support for the eCommerce Infrastructure at British Airways. Infrastructure comprised of Sun Solaris 2.6, 8 and Red Hat Enterprise Linux Servers running Apache and Weblogic.
  • Ensure that the SLA of 100% uptime of BA.COM and supporting websites is met.
  • Worked as the administrator for Interwoven TemSite (Content Management System) performing operations like user management, resolving stuck regressions, making emergency changes to the website during out of hours operations.
  • Participated in the testing of Solaris 8 to RHEL 3 migration of the weblogic cluster.
  • Responsible for automating daily monitoring tasks using shell and perl scripts reducing the total time taken to do these tasks.
