Project Highlights:
- Standardise and Document the Solaris and Linux server build process.
- Server Provisioning using Jumpstart and Kickstart as per project requirement.
- Resolving incidents generated by monitoring systems.
- Perform OS, Application and BIOS/Firmware patching.
- Storage related maintenance tasks such as creating Raw devices for databases and other filesystems for applications and data.
- Liaising with various teams for getting approved downtime for applying patches and performing other maintenance tasks.

Project Highlights:
- Setup server & application monitoring and reporting for over 500 Windows Servers running various applications such as Lotus Notes/Domino, Altiris and Active Directory. This setup was done using Nagios and MRTG on a Fedora Core 6 server, thus resulting in massive cost savings for the client over their existing monitoring solution which used GSX.
